Set of Asta Mangal Paper and Envelopes from Nepal 1970s/1980s!This is a set of Hand-Made paper/envelopes from Nepal. Astal Manga appears to refer to the type of symbols stamped onto this paper set. Some items from the collection are dated/marked, some are not. Most items in the collection are from the 1980s.
