Chatelaine Art Nouveau French Silver Coin Purse Mesh Chain Mail Necklace
This is a vintage French silver metal mesh chatelaine chain purse long necklace. These are also called 'chainmail purse stash necklaces'. The brim of the purse is engraved with a floral design. Each silver metal link on the necklace also has engraved designs as well. This is in good working condition. No missing chains on purse. There is only one in perfection but can be an hassle-free fix. If you see the one picture provided above you will notice that one metal link ring is missing and I have temporarily put a metal ring to hold the necklace together but does not match the original metal tone. Measurements: 19 1/2 long (including the metal findings hanging on the bottom of the purse) Chain purse alone measures 2 wide x 3 1/4 long All of my items come from a pet-free smoke-free home
