Silver Plated Butter Dish Vintage Silver and Glass Dish

This is a vintage butter dish with a glass bottom and silver plated cover. Most of these vintage dishes have a silver base with a glass insert, but this is not one of those. This one never had a silver base; it was designed as you see it here. The handles for the dish are on the glass part. The cover has a decorative open finial. Size: 8 5/8 in. long x 4 in. wide x 2¾ in. high.
