Vintage Sterling Silver and 10K Klein Ring

This is a exclusive vintage ring that I know very little about. It is marked as sterling silver and 10K and is signed Klein. I can not find any references for the maker to find out who Klein might be or what time period this ring may be from. It has what looks to be either a swimmer or a gymnast on it that is done in 10k gold, and has a green stone set into it. The total weight for the ring is 4.1g. It is in good condition with scratches and dings from normal wear, but has a LOT of tarnish on it and could use a good cleaning/polishing for sure. The ring is a size 8.
