sought-after ! Star Wars Light Saber Black Series Rey Skywalker Force FX Elite LED (READ)

This is Star Wars Rey Force FX Elite Lightsaber i purchased this lightsabor a few months back and never opened until immediately. There is a issue with the lightsabor shutting off and turning back on. Im not sure how to fix that. it might be that the tube is a little loose or not connecting each the way. When I swing/Move the sabor thats when it shuts off then comes back on...I personally think its not connecting to the base all the way but im no expert on fixing lightsabors
Other than that the lightsabor does make sounds favor it should and the button works as it should.
Note- There's no base stand
