The arms and waist are adjustable for a personalized fit, so there is no billowing when you are at speed. Designed in Portland, Oregon, this jacket features a rugged textile and mesh chassis for airflow and abrasion resistance. Includes a removable quilted liner for added comfort in cooler conditions.
