I'm offering 1 XL~4 oz seed tuber of the Stampede varietal. Roughly 3-6 oz, which is enough to snag anyone started. Each tuber can be split into as a lot of as 20 chunks. Plant them immediately.
Unlike potatoes, these can and SHOULD be used raw in multiple dishes. When cooked, they have a creamy, slightly nutty taste. The skin is entirely edible, so, please, don't peel them.
Make sure to share your bonanza with friends and family who may want straightforward edible landscaping plants. The stalks which can reach 10-12' tall resemble Blackeyed Susans and produce small 2-3" Yellow flowers in mid-late Autumn.
